We met working in the small business industry + have since built a team of talented, imaginative experts who share our values. Today, Backtalk has collaborated with more than 40 small businesses + startups across the United States.

Per the simulation, I’m your garden-variety cancer sun. If I’m not watching historical fiction, I’m staring at the pile of books I bought and have yet to crack.
My handy dandy background in communications + anthropology sure has gone to work. I’ve spent the last decade of my life working in small business operations across industries.
Turning those years of knowledge into seamless remote systems lends itself to my cat Lilith’s happiness. I love what I do, and so does she.
Oh, and if you think McDonald’s Coke is an elixir– you’ve got a friend in me.

I live in Detroit with my cats named Josie and Tiny Edgar. I’ve had brown, green, blue, pink, purple, blonde, black, and red hair– and I’m always getting new tattoos.
Big fan of autumn, snow, my Leona Dr. Martens, Lana Del Rey, and hosting parties.
In a parallel universe (totally believe in those), I’m either working as an interior designer or midwife. But in this world, I have a background in Broadcast Journalism, New Media, and Social Media Marketing.
